Conference & Vendor Showcase Highlights
The Vendor Showcase is a key highlight, known for its exciting prize drawings! To encourage engagement, bank attendees must visit at least 70% of all vendors and get their cards stamped to qualify for prize drawings. We find this approach effectively connects attendees with vendors they might not typically consider, helping them discover valuable products and services.

Vendor Booth Information
Set-Up Times:

Your booth location will be emailed to you before March 23rd.

Your registration package will be on your table when you arrive.

Assistance will be available at the registration table from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. For questions outside these hours, please text or email during conference sessions.

Expect a pre-conference communication with reminders, contact numbers, and last-minute details.

Booth Details:

All booths include electricity.

Each booth provides 7-8 feet of lengthwise space.

A table (6ft L x 2.5ft W) is provided per booth.

The ceiling height is 16ft, allowing for banners/backdrops up to 12ft in height.
Teardown:

Thursday, March 24th after the Vendor Fair.
Vendor Showcase & Prize Drawings
Attendee Engagement: We use a stamping system with various designs for you to mark attendees' cards when they visit your booth. This ensures they've met the visit requirement for prize eligibility. While we'll draw from our bowl for the gifts you provide, you're welcome to have your own bowl on your table for collecting business cards.
Prize Requirement: Please bring a minimum $50 door prize to be given away at the Vendor Showcase.

Your packages will be placed in the conference area on the morning of March 23rd. If you need to retrieve them earlier, you can pick them up from the front hotel desk.

Attendee Break Times & Vendor Visitation Opportunities
We've specifically scheduled breaks to give attendees ample time to visit vendors.
Official Vendor Visiting Times:

Thursday, March 24th: 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM
Additional Visitation Opportunities:

Attendees often visit booths during breakfast (7:00 AM - 8:15 AM) if your booth is set up.

The same is true for the conclusion of sessions on Wednesday, March 23rd.
Mad Minutes
"Mad Minutes" will occur on Thursday, March 24th, between 8:15 AM and 12:00 PM. Exact time slots will be communicated closer to the conference date.
