We are excited to have you participate in the JHUGS User Conference on April 23rd – 25th and hope that you will find new relationships and expand existing ones. One of the highlights of our Vendor Showcase is drawing for prizes. We require bank attendees to visit at least 70 % of all vendors to get their card punched to participate in the drawings for the prizes that you bring. We feel that this helps engage the attendees with vendors that they normally might not visit. Folks sometimes think they do not need a product or service but may not know enough about it to make an educated determination.

Vendors Set-Up Times:  

 Wednesday, April 23rd      12:00 PM-5:00 PM
  • You will receive your booth location by email prior to the 23rd.
  • Your registration package will be on your table in your booth.
  • From 12:00 – 1:00 we will have someone at the registration table to assist with questions. Questions outside of that time can be sent via text or email while the conference sessions are in progress.
  • You will receive a communication right before the conference with reminders, contact numbers and last-minute details.
  • Booth Details: All booths have electricity, 7-8 feet of space lengthwise, each booth is provided with a table L6ft x W2.5ft, Ceiling is 16ft so 12 ft height for banners/back drops.
  • Teardown: Thursday, April  24th after Vendor Fair. 

 

 Attendees Break Times Free Times

Official Times: April 24th 10:30-10:45, 12:00-1:30, 3:00-3:15

  • It is not uncommon for attendees to visit during the breakfast hours of 7:00-8:15 if your booth is setup.
  • The same is true for the conclusion of the sessions on the 23rd.

Vendor Fair

April 24th 4:45-5:45

We will have a stamp with different designs for you to stamp the attendee’s cards who visit your booth. We will draw from our bowl for the gifts you bring. This ensures that all participants get a fair shot at winning. Attendees are added to our bowl if the visit the required number of booths. You are welcome to place a bowl on your table for business cards for your benefit.

Packages will be placed in the conference area on the morning of April 23rd. You can pick up your packages from there or from the front hotel desk should you need it prior to the morning of the 23rd.

Mad Minutes

Mad Minutes will all occur on Thursday, April 24th between 8:15 and 12:00.  Exact time slots will be communicated closer to the conference.

We have arranged the breaks so the attendees have extra time to spend with the vendors, so you will know when you need to be at your booth to chat about your products.
