Vendors participate on several levels:
PLATINUM LEVEL - $2000
- One 6’x3’ tables with two chairs and electricity
- Four representatives• ($100 charge for each additional rep. attending)
- Corporate sponsorship sign on table
- Sponsorship recognition at vendor reception
- Sponsorship at a mid-morning or afternoon break
- Invited to join the group for lunch on Thursday.
- Sponsorship level noted on all printed materials.
- Link to vendor website from the www.jhugsouthern.com
- Prime table location at vendor reception
- Attendee List Received Early
- Breakfast Included on Thursday
GOLD LEVEL - $1500

- At the Platinum level, priority placement will be given in the order in which the vendor registration is received.
- At the Gold and Platinum levels, selection of which meal or break is being sponsored will be given in the order in
