The purpose of the group is to provide a vehicle for the free exchange of ideas and experience between and among Silverlake users and with Jack Henry & Associates. We also strive to provide effective two-way communication between the users, Jack Henry SilverLake, and Jack Henry companion product groups. As a result, we hope to aid Jack Henry & Associates in developing new software through user suggestions developed through user meetings.

Some of the resources available include an email group for Q&A, idea exchange, and general bank issues. Member banks can find common ground on issues related to Jack Henry and other vendor solutions. Most important to many banks is the network of experienced bankers using common systems and solving common problems. Click here for a map of our member banks.
